2. Eligibility

Parent and guardian accounts must be created by individuals aged 18 or over. Child accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. By creating a child account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and consent to their use of the Service.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ClevStudy offers subscription-based access to the platform. Payment is processed securely through Paddle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Free trial periods may be offered; your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access to unauthorised parties.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, curriculum content, AI-generated materials, and software) are owned by ClevStudy Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. AI-Powered Features

ClevStudy uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised tutoring and learning experiences. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for educational support and should not be considered a substitute for professional teaching or assessment.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClevStudy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.
